What you'll do
- Assist staff nurses with treatments, hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility according to care plans
- support resident comfort, dignity, and safety
- assist with basic clinical procedures, routine care, and room upkeep
- monitor resident status and report physical or emotional changes
- communicate with multidisciplinary team members and follow facility procedures and safety guidelines.
