Senior Revenue Analyst

The Senior Revenue Analyst role is onsite in Pleasanton, CA. Pay is $110,000–$135,000 per year. The position supports STN’s revenue accounting function and reports to the Senior Revenue Accounting Manager. STN provides cloud consulting, AI infrastructure, and enterprise security services. The analyst reviews contracts and revenue transactions, performs reconciliations and close activities, and maintains audit-ready documentation. The role helps ensure revenue is accurately reported under U.S. GAAP and ASC 606 while supporting process, control, and reporting improvements.

What you'll do

• Review customer contracts and sales orders for revenue recognition under ASC 606
• analyze performance obligations, transaction price, timing, modifications, and principal-versus-agent considerations
• prepare revenue analyses and accounting documentation
• perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• support monthly and quarterly close, journal entries, schedules, and fluctuation analysis
• review NetSuite transactions
• maintain audit support
• partner with Sales Operations and other teams to resolve documentation and reconciliation issues
• support process and control improvements.
