What you'll do

• Prepare bakery items to Perkins standards
• label and date baked items
• follow food storage and safety procedures
• set up and maintain display cases using merchandising techniques
• coordinate samples and holiday packaging with hosts and cashiers
• clean and sanitize bakery areas, cases, equipment, pans, and utensils
• portion products accurately and follow recipes and FIFO
• maintain kitchen and storage cleanliness
• assist with dishwashing and front-of-house cleanliness
• communicate with coworkers and managers about deficiencies and safety issues.
