What you'll do

• Lead the global privacy program and Privacy Steering Committee.
• Provide legal guidance on privacy, data protection, and cybersecurity requirements.
• Design and implement privacy governance processes.
• Develop privacy-by-design standards.
• Promote privacy awareness through training.
• Maintain internal privacy policies and external notices.
• Advise on privacy incidents and data breaches.
• Manage privacy program metrics.
• Negotiate privacy provisions in commercial agreements.
• Provide commercial legal support for Canadian business operations.
