The Home Health Caregiver — Overnight Focus role is onsite in Onalaska, WI, serving clients in Onalaska and the surrounding La Crosse County community. Compensation is $18–$25 per hour. BrightStar Care provides in-home assistance to help clients maintain independence and live in their own homes or preferred care environments. The caregiver provides personal care and practical daily support, monitors and records vital signs, and reports changes to the care team. The role contributes to client safety, comfort, and independence through hygiene assistance, meal preparation, mobility support, and household help.

What you'll do

• Provide hygiene care and assistance with daily activities
• prepare meals according to client diets
• take and record vital signs, height, and weight as needed
• assist with range-of-motion activities and report changes to the Director of Nursing
• assist with walking and transportation to appointments and activities
• follow policies and standards for safe, quality care
• uphold client rights.
