What you'll do

• Handle intellectual property and complex commercial litigation
• conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies
• draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other documents
• participate in fact and expert discovery
• take responsibility for significant matter components
• work with partners and senior attorneys
• assist with hearings, mediation, and trial preparation
• communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and other parties.
