What you'll do

• Set up and break down the breakfast buffet
• prepare food and replenish buffet items and beverages
• greet guests, answer questions, and accommodate requests
• clear tables and reset service areas
• maintain cleanliness and sanitation
• check food and supply quality and quantity
• assist with guest concerns and other departments as needed
• when charged breakfast is used, compute bills, accept payment, and track receipts.
