Compensation is $1,168–$1,204 per hour. The Phlebotomist, Hospital / Acute Care role is onsite in Rochester, MN; The role works across hospital settings, including general patient care, pediatrics, the Emergency Department, intensive care units, and operating rooms. The phlebotomist obtains and handles blood specimens accurately and safely, supporting clinical testing and patient care. Clear communication, correct identification and labeling, and timely specimen transport contribute to reliable hospital operations.

What you'll do

• Collect blood samples using capillary, venous, assisted-line, and arterial methods
• respond rapidly to medical emergencies
• identify patients and label, handle, and transport specimens accurately
• perform specimen testing using point-of-care equipment
• maintain confidentiality
• communicate with patients and healthcare professionals
• assist with training students and new employees.
