The Shift Supervisor, Coffee is an onsite, full-time role at CSU Northridge in Los Angeles, CA. Pay is $22–$24 per hour. The supervisor supports Chartwells Higher Ed’s campus food service operation. The role directs associates during a shift and ensures assigned work is completed while policies and procedures are followed. It supports consistent service and unit performance through training, scheduling, performance feedback, and monitoring quality, productivity, and safety.

What you'll do

• Direct associates during the assigned shift
• provide training and create work schedules
• evaluate worker performance and recognize or address performance issues
• prepare production or sales reports
• ensure the unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations
• respond to employee complaints and time-off requests
• may mentor and develop employees.
