What you'll do

  • Troubleshoot internal technology issues and provide service-desk support
  • lead projects to improve the end-user experience, reduce downtime, and automate repetitive tasks
  • own tickets from intake through resolution and provide user guidance or training
  • document troubleshooting and resolution steps
  • escalate issues while maintaining ownership and customer communication
  • administer, maintain, and improve desktop systems, endpoint management tools, collaboration platforms, and business applications
  • participate in SDLC and change-management practices.
