The role develops individualized treatment plans, provides crisis intervention and education, and collaborates with primary care and behavioral health colleagues to deliver coordinated outpatient care.

What you'll do

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and ongoing behavioral healthcare for children and adults

• collaborate with primary care providers, psychologists, social workers, nurses, and integrated behavioral health teams
• provide crisis intervention and behavioral health education
• maintain accurate Epic records.
