What you'll do

• Direct daily job scheduling and lead hourly staff
• interpret and relay work orders, drawings, and materials lists
• track estimated versus actual hours and manage productivity and quality
• enforce safety standards and work with the EHS Manager on OSHA compliance
• oversee inventory, material flow, and ERP accuracy
• support LEAN and 6S improvements
• train, coach, and cross-train staff
• maintain documentation and communicate performance, quality, and safety updates.
