What you'll do

• Prepare detailed estimates for commercial and industrial HVAC, plumbing, and piping projects
• review drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• calculate material, equipment, and labor costs
• manage estimates up to $1 million independently and collaborate on larger opportunities
• prepare bid proposals
• coordinate with project teams.
