What you'll do

• Maintain customer satisfaction
• use internal data and third-party labor-market insights in product demonstrations
• identify hiring challenges and recommend products and campaigns
• schedule outbound sales calls
• manage a sales pipeline and forecast recurring revenue
• meet sales goals
• run demos and manage free trials
• make 50 or more calls and have 10 or more conversations daily
• analyze labor-market trends
• develop account relationships and close sales.
