What you'll do

• Lead the brakes portfolio from concept through phase-out and define product roadmaps aligned with business goals, market needs, and OE benchmarks.
• Identify portfolio gaps and market opportunities, develop business cases, monitor revenue, margin, coverage, and P&L, and maintain product specifications and catalog information.
• Coordinate launches and inventory with cross-functional teams, support marketing and go-to-market work, and lead issue resolution including quality claims and logistics challenges.
• Domestic and international travel may be up to 10%.
