What you'll do

• Process reservations and check-ins
• respond to guest inquiries and complaints
• audit and reconcile room charges, cash, credit card transactions, bills, and occupancy figures
• complete bookkeeping and administrative procedures
• prepare reports for hotel management
• coordinate room status and maintenance requests with housekeeping
• handle guest account transactions and special requests.
