The In-Home Caregiver role is an onsite position based in Spokane, WA. Compensation is $20–$24 per hour. TheKey is the largest provider of private pay in-home care for aging seniors in North America, and this role supports their mission to provide exceptional care to aging adults. The purpose of this role is to provide 1:1 in-home support to aging seniors, assisting with personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship. The caregiver contributes to the company's goal of helping seniors maintain their quality of life and independence in their own homes.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with personal care including dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal assistance.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Provide transportation for clients to appointments, errands, and grocery shopping.
• Offer companionship through games, puzzles, and social/emotional support.
