Continuous Improvement Manager

What you'll do

• Lead operational excellence and continuous-improvement strategies tied to plant KPIs
• facilitate data-driven Kaizen events
• develop improvement plans with owners, timelines, and measurable results
• engage employees in Lean practices
• develop tools and metrics for efficiency, throughput, capacity, and manufacturing cost
• build business cases for improvement and capital projects
• teach and coach improvement methods
• support equipment feasibility studies and capital-project implementation
• partner with plant leadership to sustain operating improvements.
