What you'll do

• Structure and form corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and other business arrangements
• handle transaction matters including private-company, stock-purchase, asset-purchase, and cross-border transactions
• work on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and commercial finance
• coordinate project completion by junior attorneys
• contribute to the firm’s Wyoming practice.
