Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst

The Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst role is hybrid in Suitland, MD, with three days onsite and two days telework per week. The salary range is $115,000–$125,000 per year. RCG provides technology solutions supporting critical government missions. The analyst supports Information System Security Officers (ISSOs) with cybersecurity compliance for assigned federal FISMA systems. By coordinating assessments, documentation, evidence, and remediation tracking, the role helps keep compliance records current and ready for government or assessor review.

What you'll do

• Support ISSOs and assigned FISMA systems with compliance activities
• maintain continuous-monitoring schedules, trackers, and documentation
• collect and track security-control evidence
• prepare assessment documentation and evidence packages
• support RMF and A&A/ATO documentation
• track POA&Ms and vulnerability remediation
• coordinate with system owners and technical stakeholders
• maintain accurate records in JSAM and other designated repositories.
