The Maintenance Technician, Apartment Community role is onsite at The Colonnade Townhomes in Hillsboro, OR, with starting compensation of $23–$25 per hour. The role supports NALS Apartment Homes’ residential community and its goal of providing residents with a place to call home. The technician maintains apartments, shared amenities, and grounds, completing service requests and preparing vacant units for occupancy. The position also responds to after-hours calls and emergencies and participates in an on-call rotation.

What you'll do

• Complete service requests, callbacks, and work orders promptly
• complete maintenance make-ready sheets and turn vacant apartments
• maintain pools and spas
• maintain grounds, workplace, and maintenance shop
• respond to after-hours calls and emergencies
• perform other assigned maintenance duties.
