What you'll do

• Translate company priorities into operating plans, budgets, and hiring decisions grounded in deployment economics
• build and launch strategic initiatives, including advisory offerings, new markets, and partnerships
• develop financial models and performance reporting
• partner with founders on fundraising strategy, investor materials, and diligence
• recruit initial teams and lead initiatives until they have a permanent owner.
