What you'll do

• Draft and file pleadings
• prepare and serve discovery
• communicate with clients to gather information and documents
• review files and records
• respond to discovery requests and draft related documents
• organize case files
• communicate case status and deadlines to attorneys, clients, experts, and witnesses
• coordinate depositions and hearings
• assist with expert designations and trial preparation
• support attorneys during trial.

Why this role
