Customer Service Assistant

What you'll do

• Support Customer Service, E-Commerce, and Account Managers with administrative tasks
• answer basic customer questions by phone and email
• assist with order entry, updates, returns, and shipment tracking
• verify customer, pricing, and shipping information
• coordinate with warehouse teams
• process online returns and warranty requests
• maintain customer records.
