What you'll do

• Assist members with consumer loan applications by phone, online, and in person
• review financial information such as credit reports, income, and debt obligations
• communicate loan decisions and alternatives
• identify member needs and recommend suitable credit union products and services
• collect and submit required documentation
• maintain knowledge of loan products and guidelines
• support member retention
• promote products and lending programs as needed
• meet loan production goals and maintain compliance and operational standards.
