Part-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician I

The Part-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician I role is onsite at Artesia Properties in Artesia, NM, with a Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule. Compensation is $20–$24 per hour. The role responds to resident work orders and supports the upkeep and safety of the property.

What you'll do

• Maintain curb appeal
• complete and assist with resident work orders
• conduct unit turns including painting, carpet cleaning, and general cleaning as needed
• assist neighboring properties
• pick up supplies as needed
• report health and safety concerns
• attend required training and conferences
• be available for after-hours on-call work and approved overtime.
