Building Maintenance Worker

What you'll do

• Perform maintenance tasks consistent with skills, regulations, and facility policy
• monitor equipment and systems and complete preventive or corrective maintenance
• report heating and cooling problems
• strip, wax, and buff floors
• maintain safe walkways, including prompt snow and ice removal
• assist with landscaping and grounds
• follow safety data sheets and waste disposal procedures
• assist with inspections, drills, and training.
