Staff Applied AI Engineer

It builds production AI agents and services, improves reliability and performance, and partners with product, design, mobile, and backend teams to deliver useful, safe, and personalized features.

What you'll do

• Build and ship production AI agents using LLMs, tool calling, structured outputs, and streaming
• develop personalized wellness features
• own the AI development lifecycle
• evaluate systems using LangChain or LangGraph
• improve reliability, latency, cost, and observability
• build production tools, API integrations, Python services, and scalable AI infrastructure
• collaborate cross-functionally.
