What you'll do

• Teach live online elementary ELA small-group classes focused on reading, speaking, and writing
• prepare lessons using the company curriculum
• grade student work and provide feedback
• communicate with students and parents about progress when needed
• support onboarding and training for new ELA teachers
• observe classes and provide practical feedback
• share teaching practices that support consistent quality.
