What you'll do

• Provide customer service to shoppers, store associates, and visitors
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of sales areas, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and the perimeter
• respond to incidents and customer concerns
• monitor access points and activity to support loss prevention
• prepare accurate incident, observation, and patrol reports
• communicate relevant information to site leadership or emergency responders.
