What you'll do

• Lead shift start-up meetings, assignments, safety observations, and handoffs
• supervise, train, coach, and evaluate 10 to 15 associates
• direct material receipt, staging, processing, packaging, and shipment
• balance labor, equipment, and work-in-process
• monitor schedule attainment, throughput, productivity, backlog, downtime, and on-time delivery
• ensure quality checks, traceability, and documentation
• maintain inventory movement and cycle-count accuracy
• lead continuous-improvement activities.
