What you'll do

• Review plans, specifications, proposals, and other documents
• estimate project time, cost, labor, materials, and supplies
• plan and coordinate project activities, staffing, and resources
• submit change orders, bills, budget inputs, cost codes, reports, purchase orders, and other paperwork
• visit jobsites to monitor schedule and budget
• support safety compliance
• coordinate work plans with supervisors
• lead and provide feedback to staff
• identify cost-saving measures and resolve project issues. Travel may be required.

Why this role
