What you'll do

• Lead and develop the HR Business Partner team
• oversee day-to-day HR operations and consistent practices across business units
• serve as escalation point for employee relations, investigations, performance management, and policy interpretation
• lead compliance, audits, and corrective actions
• coordinate AAP and OFCCP-related projects
• improve workflows and HRIS use
• partner with Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and business leadership.
