The Neuroscience Therapeutic Sales Specialist is a field-based role covering Indianapolis, Muncie, and Fort Wayne, IN, with travel up to 70%. Compensation is $165,000–$195,000 per year in base salary. COMPASS Pathways is developing investigational mental-health treatments, including COMP360 for treatment-resistant depression and PTSD. The role exists to support the launch and appropriate use of a novel mental-health therapy at certified treatment centers. It builds provider partnerships, delivers compliant clinical education, supports patient access and treatment-site readiness, and shares field insights to inform launch execution.

What you'll do

• Execute territory commercial strategy
• develop relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, behavioral-health systems, and stakeholders
• deliver compliant product and disease-state education
• support patient selection and referral pathways
• assist certified sites with onboarding and treatment workflows
• support reimbursement and access
• collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Support, and Commercial Operations
• manage territory plans and performance tracking.
