Regional Operations Director

The director leads operational performance across a portfolio of two to four partner hospitals, supporting hospital leaders and aligning financial results, operational standards, people development, and clinical partnership. The role helps hospitals improve performance and consistency while advancing the organization’s values and supporting quality care.

What you'll do

• Lead and support Hospital Directors and Managers across two to four partner hospitals
• conduct site visits and implement operational improvements
• establish regional standards and benchmarks
• oversee regional P&L, budgets, capital requests, KPIs, and financial reporting
• develop hospital leaders and support workforce planning
• collaborate with medical directors on operational capacity, compliance, and care quality
• support technology adoption and hospital integration.
