This role exists to provide autism therapy to children, fostering skill acquisition and functional communication. The technician works under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement behavior plans and celebrate developmental milestones.

- Implements behavior plans and instructional materials.
- Monitors outcomes and completes daily progress notes.
- Assists children with peer interactions and school readiness.
- Collaborates with BCBAs to provide therapy.
