What you'll do

• Perform nursing screenings, collect vital signs, and complete withdrawal risk assessments
• monitor medical, emotional, and psychiatric stability
• administer medications and monitor effects
• implement provider-ordered protocols
• lead de-escalation and coach staff in trauma-informed crisis response
• document care and participate in audits and quality activities
• assist with staff training in medication-related tasks.
