Facilities Maintenance Mechanic II — River Valley Community College

What you'll do

• Perform building maintenance and minor repairs, including light carpentry and basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks
• clean and maintain campus spaces
• inspect and maintain boilers, heating systems, lighting, and HVAC components
• identify repair needs and report major failures
• maintain grounds, including landscaping and snow removal
• operate and maintain tools and equipment
• complete work requests, deliveries, room setups, and errands
• assist with physical plant and grounds operations at the Claremont campus and Keene and Lebanon Academic Centers.
