What you'll do

• Prepare electronic quantity takeoffs using LiveCount or Bluebeam
• collect and process cost data
• support project teams with change-order quantification and production
• draft scope clarifications
• obtain pricing and lead times from vendors and subcontractors
• maintain supplier and subcontractor directories
• document lessons learned
• use estimating and cost-management tools
• maintain accurate digital project files
• travel locally to project sites.
