What you'll do

• Lead back-of-house operations during assigned shifts, especially peak periods
• set the pace on the line and support production
• escalate kitchen issues when the Kitchen Manager is unavailable
• coordinate with front-of-house leadership
• provide real-time feedback and assist with training
• support inventory, ordering, receiving, food preparation, cleaning, and food handling.
