The General Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Sterling, VA. The stated pay range is $20–$21 per hour. The position supports hotel engineering operations and guest satisfaction at TownePlace Suites. The technician assists with maintaining and repairing hotel property, equipment, and grounds, and helps protect property assets through preventive maintenance. The role also responds to guest requests, follows engineering procedures, and works with the Chief Engineer and other departments.

What you'll do

• Assist with hotel property, equipment, and grounds maintenance and repair
• learn and perform preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, and routine inspections
• respond to guest requests
• identify maintenance concerns and recommend solutions
• follow engineering standard operating procedures
• maintain a safe work area and attend required meetings.
