What you'll do

• Plan and deliver aircraft structural maintenance and assembly training
• conduct lab-based instruction and evaluate training effectiveness
• analyze training needs and prepare and maintain materials
• coordinate content with subject matter experts
• revise lesson plans
• maintain training and qualification records
• work with supervisors on training and certification requirements
• prepare classrooms and conduct classroom, shop, and simulator training when required
• maintain currency in technical developments and courseware.

Why this role

Onsite full-time schedule is Monday–Thursday, four 10-hour days, mostly first or second shift: 6 a.m.–4:30 p.m. or 2 p.m.–12:30 a.m.; flexibility for other shifts may be required. Hands-on aircraft structural maintenance experience is required; a security clearance is a plus but not required.
