The analyst coordinates staffing operations, candidate activity, interviews, onboarding and offboarding, workforce tracking, immigration-related administration, and reporting. Accurate coordination and records help program leaders maintain staffing readiness and make informed resource-planning decisions.

What you'll do

• Maintain candidate records and track submissions, interviews, feedback, offers, and start dates
• coordinate with hiring managers and staffing vendors
• schedule interviews and communicate outcomes
• coordinate employee and contractor onboarding and offboarding
• track documentation, background investigations, system access, and staff changes
• maintain staffing rosters and reconcile records
• support workforce reporting, forecasts, and resource planning
• track immigration-related deadlines and documentation without providing legal advice
• prepare reports, dashboards, and status summaries
• handle personnel information confidentially.
