The Team Lead — Restaurant Operations is an onsite, full-time role in Chicago, IL. Pay is $21 per hour. The role supports CAVA’s restaurant team in delivering Mediterranean-inspired food and guest experiences. The team lead guides daily team activity, delegates tasks, supports training, and helps ensure restaurant standards and service commitments are met. The role contributes to a positive work environment and consistent guest experience in partnership with assistant general managers and general managers.

What you'll do

• Work with managers and team members to provide hospitality and quality food
• coach, develop, and cross-train team members
• support opening and closing, food orders, inventory, and cash handling as needed
• support food safety and cleanliness
• help resolve issues
• and support shift deployment and prompt food presentation.
