What you'll do

• Prepare and manage association demand letters, meeting notice packages, board resolutions, certificates of amendment, and special assessment packages
• draft and record legal documents through electronic filing platforms
• prepare transmittal letters and client correspondence
• review condominium and homeowner association governing documents
• maintain MRTA logs
• coordinate title searches and governing-document orders
• manage follow-ups and prepare notice-to-preserve and revitalization packages.

Why this role
