Mental Health Therapist

The Mental Health Therapist is an onsite role based in Wexford, PA. Compensation is $33–$38 per billable unit, and this position supports the New Directions Mental Health team in providing accessible behavioral health services. This role exists to provide high-quality outpatient individual and family therapy to clients. The therapist contributes to the team by conducting strength-based assessments, developing comprehensive treatment and crisis plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.

What you'll do

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments
• provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy
• develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans
• participate in case consultations and agency meetings
• ensure timely completion of billing and documentation
• engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists and other clinical staff.
