Maintenance Technician — Multifamily Properties, Day Shift

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Saint Louis, MO, with a stated pay rate of $25 per hour. What you'll do

• Maintain the community’s appearance
• diagnose and repair mechanical systems and equipment
• execute preventive maintenance
• complete make-readies, including painting
• respond to tenant and property-management requests
• document maintenance work, materials, and time
• coordinate with contractors and vendors
• follow company safety policies. The posting requires EPA Type I and II certification, a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, and participation in an after-hours on-call rotation.
