What you'll do

• Lead process improvement projects from current-state assessment through implementation and adoption
• document procedures, process maps, and playbooks
• manage project plans, milestones, risks, and stakeholder updates
• gather and translate business requirements
• support procurement technology evaluation and configuration
• build dashboards, scorecards, and reports
• analyze data and recommend actions
• develop change-management plans, communications, and training
• support procurement policies, controls, and governance.
