What you'll do

• Spearhead the specialty product roadmap, defining and executing the divisional strategy.
• Uncover new opportunities beyond existing product lines.
• Provide strategic sales and marketing guidance to the team.
• Act as the Specialty Products liaison in the Central Division.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of the specialty product line.
• Stay ahead of market requirements through ongoing research.
• Develop pricing strategies to meet revenue and profitability goals.
• Collaborate with vendors and explore exclusive agreements.
• Present face-to-face demos to sales teams and target customers.
