• Provide technical support in person and through email, phone, and web platforms
• coordinate help desk tickets and IT projects with the third-party provider
• diagnose technical issues
• reset passwords and adjust settings
• assist with printers and phones
• distribute and set up equipment
• assist with badges, cabling, and video camera installation
• follow quality, safety, and environmental standards.
